The Coadjute Network
Digitally connecting the
property market.
The Coadjute project involved a diverse group of high calibre stakeholders including experienced professionals from the worlds of banking, estate agency, government and technology; who share a passion for advancing the property industry and a belief that digitally connecting the property market will drive radical improvements.
Today, the property buying process can be slow, complex, frustrating and costly for both customers and the businesses that serve them, without clear end-to-end visibility on what stage the process has reached, or a means of securely collaborating online.
Coadjute is connecting the property software platforms used by estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and lenders. Their open network connects these platforms so that users of existing property software can cooperate seamlessly across multiple systems, saving them time and money.
The two core pillars of the brand are ‘Connection’ and ‘Cooperation’ based on the need for a traditionally siloed industry to come together and use an open network to unify all existing software. The concept needed to visually leverage these two collaborative pillars and express a human tone that felt approachable and trustworthy.
At the foundation of the creative concept was the development of gradients and patterns, made up of the brand colours, that visually translate Coadjute’s non-disruptive open network which, subtly yet dynamically, connects existing software and unites a siloed industry through mutual cooperation.
Coadjute have experienced great success utilising the outcome of the project, continuing to attract investors from all over the world, achieving the world’s first live property deal, and extending its board members to include a former Apple Executive.
